Why is it important to replace the original OS?
Most phones, whether Android (Samsung, LG, etc.) or Apple, are shipped with copious amounts of trackers and third-party software. Our custom OS's prioritize privacy and security above all.

Absolutely, and in most cases, it will be extended due to not having all the bloatware that is put on a phone by Google, Samsung, Apple, and other providers.

Do you offer a cell service?
People are free to choose on their own the method by which they connect the phone. Some use privacy phones on WiFi only, others purchase a pre-paid sim card, and some use their existing sim. We do not offer a cell service to avoid having access to your call logs and data usage.

Absolutely! Privacy is a human right, protected in over 130 countries. Being able to make decisions privately and control how your private information is communicated is at the core of personhood and individuality.

Installing a custom ROM can void the warranty on the phone, similar to replacing a car's engine with a custom one. However, we use brand new phones to ensure the devices are not faulty.
How long are your phones supported with updates, and why is there a limit?
The update and support period for our phones is standard across all manufacturers. It is impractical and almost impossible to keep updating phones beyond a certain period. This is similar to how it's not possible to get original manufactured parts for older cars. For example, iPhones have a support period of 5 to 7 years, while Samsung supports their devices for 4 years.
Our Ninjaphones are supported for 5 years from the day they were released. The new Pixel 9 and 9 Pro that we now offer are supported for 7 years, until 2031. By support, we mean receiving software updates and security patches. This ensures that your device remains secure and functional throughout its supported lifespan.
Think of it like this: expecting perpetual updates is like asking your first car to sprout wings and fly! Rest assured, our phones will keep you cruising smoothly with updates and security patches for years, without feeling like you're being trapped in a digital time capsule.
If I change my mind, can I return the phone?
We only deal with brand new phones, which are meticulously set up following strict protocols. Once shipped and received, we cannot guarantee they have not been tampered with, so we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. We provide extensive information and consultation to ensure you receive the right service.
